Herba Fe iron in capsules, 30x28mg

Herba Fe contains iron organic iron pidolate complex in cheed form.

Herba Fe other than iron (28 mg) contains:

• Vitamin C (200 mg) as calcium L-ascorbate which is mild for the stomach

• Copper (1 mg) that contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body

• Vitamins B12 (2.5 mcg) and B6 (1.4 mg) that contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and normal energy production metabolism

• Folic acid (400 mcg) that contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy, reducing fatigue and exhaustion and normal blood formation, and

• Lyophilized fruits of cherries, blackberries and beetroot (150 mg) containing natural cofactors necessary for the absorption and utilization of iron (vitamin C, citric acid, fructose...)
