Melatonin + Vitamin B6 Tablets

Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Also, Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings associated with jet lag, and the beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg before bedtime on the first day of travel, and the next few days upon arrival at the destination.

Vitamin B6 contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion and normal energy production metabolism.
