Cold pressed hemp oil 250ml is a completely natural product obtained by mechanical cold pressing of organically grown industrial hemp seeds. It is an undemanding one-year-old plant that does not need herbicides or pesticides to grow.

It is not recommended to use it for cooking since it does not remain stable at higher temperatures. It is best to use it fresh as an addition to salads, noodles, spreads, smoothies, cream soups and stews. It goes well in dishes with rice and other cereals. It is recommended 1-3 teaspoons of hemp oil per day.

It contains an ideal ratio of unsasected fatty acids for the human body as well as gamalinolenic acid (GLA-acid found in breast milk). Industrial hemp is the only plant that contains the most essential fatty acids that are essential for the body to function healthily. The oil does not contain cholesterol, is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E and vitamin B complex. It has a low thc content, only 0.3% and has no degrading effect.
