Usage mode: children over 12 years of age and adults 1 ampoule per day. It is recommended to use it for up to 90 days, after which a break of 30 days. The contents of the ampoule are consumed gradually – sublingually, retained in the mouth. Before opening the ampoule shake!

Proper opening: break off both tips in the marked place (above the glass in a vertical position, lower and upper) and pour the contents into a glass.

Warning: It is not recommended for people allergic to royal jelly.
