Black cumin seeds contain proteins, carbohydrates, saturated and unsatisfies fatty acids, tiamine, niacin, folic acid, calcium, iron, beta-carotene and many other prized ingredients.
The most valuable ingredient of black cumin are unsaid fatty acids, which restore the balance of lipids in the body. Black cumin oil, obtained by pressing black cumin seeds, contains about 24% single unsaid and 58% of multiple unsasected fatty acids.
In addition, black cumin oil is recommended to relieve the symptoms of allergies, asthma and atopic dermatitis, for which unsatised fatty acids are also responsible.
