Pursuant to Article 50(1) of the Regulation, Law on Medical Devices (Official Gazette, No. 76/13.),legal and natural persons engaged in pharmacy activities in the Republic of Croatia, specialized retail stores for medical devices and wholesale products can carry out distance traffic of medical products over the Internet in accordance with their activity and in accordance with a special regulation.
