Pain and stiffness in the crosses, back or limbs can be due to:
  • Injuries (due to fall, impact, dislocation, etc.);
  • Surgical operations;
  • inflammatory or infectious diseases (influenza, viral infections, etc.);
  • Other diseases, such as: degenerative changes, spinal canal narrowing, spodillolistesis, osteoporosis, blockages, projection pain during internal organ disease, cancer, diabetes, lack of nutrition, toxic agents and medications
One of the most common diseases of the peripheral nervous system are: Shijas; Lumbago; Diskopatia; Cervical radiculitis; Intercostal neuralgia; It's Plexitis.

  • Uridine monophosphate (UMP). Uridine is involved in the synthesis of RNA, proteins and phospholipids, which are crucial for building cell membranes and membranes of nerve cells. Stimulates the reproduction of nerve cells and the formation of new nerve shoots (Manhães et.al, 2017).
  • Magnesium (Mg) relaxes muscles and reduces pain by blocking NMDA receptors in nerve cells. Applied locally, it passes through the skin and increases magnesium levels in the body (Kass et al., 2017; Chandrasekaran et al., 2016). In the treatment of peripheral nervous system disorders and disorders of the locomotor system, it significantly relieves symptoms such as pain, tingling and burning sensation (Na et al., 2011).
  • Arnika (Arnica montana) has an anti-inflammatory (Lyss et.al, 1998), a cooling and analgesic effect. Administered topically, arnika extract is used to treat osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, calm muscle pain, heal bruises, sprain and wounds.
  • Devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) has a powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Applied locally leads to improved mobility and quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tendinitis and low back pain (back pain) (Wegener, 2000; Denner, 2007).
  • Methylsulphonylmetan (MSM). Applied locally stimulates circulation and metabolism and accelerates wound healing. MSM is effective in relieving muscle pain after exercise, due to the delivery of sulfur to connective tissue and prevent local inflammation due to microtrauma.
