Preparation of the mask from the powder of nima: Mix the powder of the nima with lukewarm water until a smooth and creamy mixture is formed. Apply the mask evenly from the nima to the desired part of the body and leave on for about 10 minutes. After removing the mask, your skin will be noticeably softer.

APPLICATION - FACE AND BODY MASK: Mix the leaf powder with water or make a mixture with Himalaic salt or green clay and water, and use as a face mask, compress or mud for the whole body. As soon as such a paste is applied to the skin, there is a very pleasant feeling of well-being that its application makes us.

PIMPLES
: Make a mask of nima powder, Himalaic salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and rose water. You apply the mask on your face three days in a row, and every day hold it for 10 - 15 minutes on your face. You will have a beautiful complexion of healthy color.

SKIN
: The leaves of the nima in combination with Himalath salt contribute to cleansing and feeding the skin, which makes it smooth, and can be used in the rehabilitation, hydration and mineralization of your skin. Mix one tablespoon of nim powder and one tablespoon of Himalaus salt and add water until you get a thick mixture that you apply on the skin. For a mask for oily skin, you can add freshly squeezed juice of lemon or grapefruit. Hold for 10-15 minutes and rinse.
If you want to moisturize and nourish the skin instead of water mix the powder with yogurt and/or with a few drops of olive oil. Apply the mixture in a thin layer on the face and hold for about 15 minutes, after which rinse your face with lukewarm water. After removing the mask, some skin types may have redness or burning sensation, which is a normal reaction to the mask from nima, especially in very sensitive skin.

TEETH
: Mix Nim powder with toothpaste or apply directly to your toothbrush

HAIR
: Once a week put a nima paste (nim + water) on your hair, hold for 10-15 minutes and rinse.

ALLERGIES
: If you have an allergy or rash, make a bath with nim three days in a row – put 5 tablespoons of nima in the bath.

In general, every time you bathe you can put 3 to 4 large spoons of nima in the bath.
